As construction begins, you will work closely with Severson Homes' team choosing everything from stone and brick, to floor coverings, counter surfaces, paint colors, appliances and lighting.
This selection stage is an exciting time as you begin to become personally involved in creating the "look and feel" of your new home. Severson Homes' team of suppliers make this process enjoyable and efficient through their selection centers and samples.
As the construction of your new home continues, you will be given the opportunity to conduct a walk-through with Severson Homes at pre-determined critical construction stages. Upon completion of your new home, you will do a final walk-through. At this time, you will be shown the features and functions included in your new home.
Severson Homes' commitment to personalized customer service continues after you are handed the keys to your new home. Severson Homes will be there to answer questions or concerns as you settle into your new home, and will react promptly to service requests.
